I spent a decade as Vice President of Sales at Priority Gold building a national 75-person brokerage team that moved over $400 million in investment revenue from the ground up. Before that, I sat in boardrooms with prime stakeholders in naval shipbuilding, managing the execution of multi-year, billion dollar maintenance programs.

I know what it takes to build organizations, elevate them to excellence, then scale the growth without losing the culture that holds them together.
